5th Annual Burlingame Spirit Run

Come on out, for this scenic 5K/10K run and help raise funds for the Burlingame Community For Education (BCE) Foundation supporting Burlingame public schools, grades K-8.

Course~
The 5K/10K course starts in front of Burlingame Intermediate School (BIS) and finishes at Franklin Elementary School. Romps through older and beautifully manicured neighborhoods of Burlingame followed by health expo with activities for the entire family, sponsored by Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Awards~
Trophies and Free Running Shoes to overall male/female winners of 5K/10K. Trophies to overall winners of mens/womens Masters 5K/10K. Medals 3 deep in each age group category. Ribbons given to all children crossing finish line.

All participants will need to complete a Waiver and Release - please print, complete and bring with you to packet pickup/check-in.

Race Day registration is available at Franklin Elementary School, 6:45-7:45am. T-shirts available after race while supplies last. Go to www.bcefoundation.org/spiritrun for more info.

Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6:45 a.m. - Registration opens
7:45 a.m. - Warm up
8:00 a.m. - Both 5K/10K run start
Health Expo open till 11:00 a.m.
